The host went out of her way to help me. I booked room 27 without an electric blanket, so she gave me an extra blanket and an electric heater with an extension cord because it was one of those cold Kokstad winter nights. She was very friendly. The location was easy to find, safe and secure, and there was plenty of on‑site parking; the security opened the gate for me in the morning. The shower was cold in the morning, the sheet on my bed was torn, the cushions were untidy, there was no soap in the shower, the Wi‑Fi was awful, and the bed squeaked every time I moved.
