We were greeted warmly by Lewis when we arrived and the property was clean. However, during the 11:00 pm shift change the new staff member was awful. We called down five times but never got a reply, so we walked down and found her on her cell phone with earbuds in. When we asked for extra blankets because we only had a thin one, she said none were available and told us to cover up with towels. We returned upstairs, had two towels, one of which looked used with red stains, so we went back down and asked again for more towels. She claimed none were available. Later, the morning crew discovered a full storage room stocked with sheets and towels, but she seemed too lazy to get up and help.

“Won't stay there again”

The hotel is near my medical conference, quiet, clean, and has a great workout room. My room was an upper‑corner spot with a beautiful sunset view, spacious with a desk and lounge chair. The initial check‑in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shower door stuck, the sink faucet handle hit the mirror making it impossible to turn on the water, and I was charged an absurd amount for snacks. I trusted them to provide an airport shuttle, but it never arrived; they also claimed to offer a shuttle for other attendees but declined when I asked. The couches were nasty and dirty, the bar had dirty glasses on the counter, and there was no coffee. The checkout staff this morning was unfriendly.
