My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, thanks to the friendly staff and excellent service they provided. The hotel's soundproofing was impressive, and I barely heard any traffic noise. The location was also convenient, with plenty of great food options nearby. However, there were a few minor issues, such as one day when room service was not done, and sometimes the bedsheets had stains.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, which unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. The hotel lacked basic facilities and displayed unprofessional behavior towards customers, especially at night when the receptionist, an elderly man, was extremely rude. We arrived at midnight and were almost scammed, but we managed to leave and stay at a nearby hotel with the same price, including breakfast. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, being right in the heart of the CBD. The staff were also very responsive and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the room we were given was a bit unusual in shape, feeling cramped despite being quite long and narrow.
