The bathroom was dirty. Beware of fraud: the manager gave me the wrong key and I ended up in a room I hadn't booked (I had the one with a shared bathroom, but he directed me to the room with an in‑room bathroom); at the end of the stay he sent me a message demanding a hefty surcharge (his own calculations) because the room we stayed in was supposedly incorrect. After I refused to pay, citing that the mistake was not mine, he threatened me, claiming we used both the internal and external bathrooms and left them dirty. I don't appreciate being portrayed that way; we always make the beds and fold towels before leaving any accommodation. It's a shame; I was very disappointed by this man who tried to scam me, and I hope no one else falls into his trap.

The room owner is very attentive and deals with the process immediately, sending messages beforehand with details. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean, and the metro is 11 min walk away, the bus is 12 min away.

The room was very nice, the directions were clear, and the place was very clean. I recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable. Other guests were a little noisy late at night and into the early hours
