I liked that the location was good, but I was very disappointed with my stay; the hotel had an 8 rating, so I expected better. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor—rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. I reported lighting and electrical problems more than five times over two days before someone finally checked it. The refrigerator didn’t work properly; I called more than three times, and even then the fix was incomplete. When I asked for drinking water, I was told to buy it myself. I requested toothpaste and a toothbrush, but they were not available. The hairdryer was in very bad condition. The toilet seat was loose and moving, and the bathroom sink was broken. The bathroom was old and clearly needed maintenance and renovation, with a strong garlic smell in the room. The breakfast was extremely poor and not what I expected at all. The elevator had a sign saying no more than two people should use it at a time, so we often had to wait until it was empty before using it. I had planned to stay more than 7 days, but because of these problems I left earlier than planned. In short, “The location was good, but the poor service, maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and very disappointing breakfast made our stay uncomfortable, so we decided to leave earlier than planned.”
