The room was tidy, but when I booked it the owner demanded extra money for the air conditioner, took 3500 peso from me, and turned the AC off in the morning, which I didn't appreciate; they also asked for additional fees at the property.

The Wi‑Fi was terrible, there were power issues with no generator when the electricity went out, the air conditioner was off, the Wi‑Fi shut down, and the bedsheet was unclean, making for a very bad experience.

The location was good, within the city. At check‑in the receptionist only processed paperwork and prices, told me the room number and floor, so I had to find the room myself; when I entered it was dirty with a foul smell, the previous guest had just left and they hadn’t changed the sheets. A wet towel lay on the bed, and when I asked for cleaning, the staff just took the towel and left the sheets unchanged; stains were on them, the back of the bed exposed nails that I didn’t notice and I hit my head on them. There were no towels or amenities in the room.

The staff were very good; my first experience here was very positive and full of hope, and anyone who comes here will find them very cooperative. Nice personalities, and I’ll be back, God willing.
