Clean, friendly staff; the traffic around the hotel is horrible, the AC in the room was too hot and I had to call twice to get it fixed—after a few hours it was fixed, then it was reset in the middle of the night and the temperature went back to 22+ degrees, so I haven’t slept well for three consecutive nights.

Location, staff, and service—especially the Manager on Duty—were really helpful.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh, made‑to‑order omelets and a wide variety of pastries, and the room even had a tray of assorted candies and a welcome cookie at check‑in; the location was spot‑on, just up the street from Burjuman Mall and the metro station. However, the in‑room desk was too small for laptop work, only one washcloth was provided, and the room controls were not intuitive and took a while to learn.
