“Good experience”

The room and hallways were overall clean, and breakfast was an extra cost but totally worth it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.

“I probably will not stay here again especially if my reservation is not honored, regardless of using Booking.com.”

Nothing special, the staff were okay. First, with Booking I reserved a King-size bed for myself and my husband, but apparently they ran out, so we ended up with 2-queen beds that barely fit us both. The breakfast was not that great. The towels looked dingy and the shower curtain was dirty.

The room itself was pleasant, but I found the included breakfast far too simple.

“I have stayed here twice now and both times were pleasant. I will probably come back here next time I visit KC.”

The hotel is easy to find and easy to get to when driving from Omaha, and the room was quiet and nice.
