They didn’t give us a room.

My stay was fairly average, with the staff being helpful and cooperative. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the basic essentials in the room, such as the bucket and mug, were not cleaned properly.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including a non-functional in-room phone, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and a poorly maintained bucket in the bathroom. Additionally, I was left without body lotion, which was a minor but still noticeable oversight.

The hotel's ambiance was truly impressive, but I couldn't help but feel that a deeper cleaning of the premises was necessary to elevate the overall experience.
