The room and bathroom were spotless, and the dining area offered a fresh breakfast every day. It’s super close to the metro, a supermarket, and pizza spots. The shower water temperature was a bit hard to control – it was either scorching hot or freezing cold.

The staff were sweet and the place was clean and tidy. It sits right next to the metro station and the room was nice. The Russian guy was a bit hard to get along with.

I found the Policlinico Umberto 1° area easily, and parking was a breeze; the metro is just 30 metre away – amazing! The room was spacious with a beautiful terrace, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff handled the phone procedures for check‑in with courtesy. Everything was great – thanks to Ms. Cate.
