The front desk staff helped me excellently with a booking error. The staff were super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious – absolutely top.

The hotel is great and sits in a fun spot in Pangandaran, with the beach just a few minutes’ walk away, and the breakfast was good.

Everything was pretty ordinary, nothing special, and getting to the hotel was a hassle because the road is narrow; the facilities are lacking – there’s no recommended pool – the rooms are located outside the main building right by the street.

The staff were friendly and during Iftar they offered 64 different dishes, which was excellent; however, wheelchair users have no lift from the parking area and had to be carried to the reception, although a proper lift is available once you reach the desk, and our room didn’t have any chairs.

The place was spotless and had a really nice feel to it.
