I never actually got into the property because I didn’t receive a message about paying a £150 security deposit until after I arrived. I tried calling, knocked on the door, and even emailed, but got no response. I paid for a room I couldn’t access, had to stay elsewhere, and it was a total waste of money and time. I didn’t stay there.

“No stay no access money down the drain..no replys”

I want a refund because I turned up and couldn’t get in; I was given the wrong PIN code. I expected a BnB and someone to greet me, but no one was there and no one answered my calls or emails—an absolute joke. I had to go home because I couldn’t access the place, which messed up my plans and ruined my sleep.

The shower had good water pressure. However, it could use a refurbishment: the shower tiles are cracked, there are cracks in the walls and ceilings, kitchen cupboard doors are delaminating, and the bedroom window didn’t close properly and needs a new handle.

“disgusted”

The main entrance was unlocked and anyone could walk in, which made us feel unsafe. When we arrived, the room wasn’t prepared: towels lay on the floor, sheets were dirty, a broken Coke bottle was scattered, and empty cans were still there. We switched to a different room that seemed cleaner, but the same access code worked for both rooms, so the security issue persisted. Another couple had the same problem and also had to change rooms. We never stayed the night, took our bags, and drove home because of the insecurity. £55 isn’t a high price, but this experience was appalling and I can’t understand how they advertise this place with such problems. I expect a full refund.
