“Disappointing stay – Avoid unless it's renovated.”

The staff member who helped us was excellent—friendly, competent, and did his best under the circumstances. Unfortunately, the guesthouse itself was a mess; mosquitoes swarmed us all stay. Our first room had a broken AC, and the second room’s AC didn’t work either. It was infuriating that the owner lived on site yet hadn’t fixed the rooms before guests arrived. I won’t stay here again.

“Great accomodation, pool, gardens & food”

The accommodation was lovely, with a pool and gardens. The food, prepared by Dommy—the perfect chef who loves taking care of guests—was great, and tea and coffee by the pool were a pleasant surprise. The beach is a 5‑minute walk away, and a short tuk‑tuk ride takes you to town and other beaches. Owner Sammy was friendly and happy to chat and give local travel tips. The mattress felt too hard; a softer option or topper would help.

It was clean, and the bathroom even had a shower screen. The toilet seat was perfect and compliant. The location was ideal—close to the beach and within walking distance to the main street. The seat cushions could use a refresh. Everything else was fine.

“Very pleasant for a rest at the end of our holiday.”

The vibe was very relaxed, staff were attentive, and the food was excellent. The pool was clean, with sun loungers and a shower. The beds felt a bit hard and the pillows were too small.

The location is good, the rooms are tidy and nice, and the staff were absolutely fantastic 😊. I’ll definitely come back.
