I had a very disappointing stay: the room carried a strong cigarette smell, the blankets were unclean, the towels appeared dirty and not properly washed, the staff were unhelpful and uncooperative, the elevators were out of service forcing us to carry luggage up to the third floor via stairs, and overall the experience was poor—definitely not recommended for families.

The rooms were poorly maintained, the bathroom and balcony were extremely dirty, and the receptionist—an old man—displayed rude behavior towards all guests; not recommended for anyone, especially families or couples; if you’re single you might as well argue with that old man.
