The shower head was clogged and unusable; the tap was broken; the dresser was only partially usable because the fronts were loose.

The flat was huge, came with its own sauna and there were plenty of parking spots, plus the self‑check‑in was straightforward. The downside was that every glass surface and mirror was streaked, the shower soap dispenser didn’t work, the toilet flush was broken (though it somehow still flushed), and the faux‑leather bed was scratched in several places. On top of that the whole place was saturated with a strong brandy‑like smell – I even saw a sign for a distillery by the parking gate.
“Spokojenost”
I appreciated being able to collect the keys from a lockbox at my convenience, and the owners were courteous over the phone. The on‑site restaurant looks attractive, but I arrived after it had closed, and the room was comfortably cooled by the air‑conditioner. The only real drawback is that the property is only reachable via a fire‑exit staircase, which isn’t suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The inn smells wonderfully of fruit and at night it’s almost completely quiet. Very pleasant.

The only gripe I had was with the soap and shower‑gel dispensers – they were so stiff that pressing them hurt my hand, though it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall a pleasant stay.
