It’s about a 15‑minute walk from the central park, a few minutes to the lake; there’s no air‑conditioning, but each of the two guests has a fan; free bottled water is provided; the bathroom is shared, but for women the space is ample and the hot water is strong; as mentioned in the comments, the toilet seat is missing.

The location is perfect—just about 50 meters from the public access to the lagoon on 36th Street, so you can jump in any time of day! What a luxury!!🥰💦

The location is great, just a couple of minutes on foot from the lagoon entrance; the showers are very old and should be refurbished to better serve guests; the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and the cabin we slept in wasn’t very clean.
