“Excellent breakfast, but could go a lot further with cleanliness in the pet friendly rooms”
I can say we were surprised how good the breakfast was. Along with the scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, they had excellent homestyle pan fried potatoes just like we make at home. These are probably the best we’ve had in any continental breakfast where they usually serve the fake kind. There was a good assortment of bagels and cereals, and the coffee wasn’t too bad. We found the bed to be too hard. I guess for those of you who like an extra firm mattress that’s just fine. Our biggest complaint I guess would be the cleanliness of the room. We were staying in a pet friendly room, which usually aren’t kept to the same standard as other rooms but this one could definitely use a deep cleaning. The carpet was gross and I saw paw prints on the tile in the bathroom and a pee stain on the front of the armchair. We didn’t get to see the cleanliness of the regular rooms, but I would say if they were kept up to an excellence standard. I would rate the place as excellent value for the money
