I was disappointed by the lack of hot water in the mornings and the staff’s inadequate response to the issue. The breakfasts were mediocre and the tables and dishes were mixed up. I remembered this hotel from a far better time.

The waitstaff varied greatly; some staff members were clearly lacking, which was obvious. There were professional and courteous servers (e.g., Artom), while others seemed like they were there as a penalty. Oversight was missing. This is a higher‑class hotel that should maintain basics. The manager of the service was present for a few hours one day. The hotel’s service reflects his image. Reception was flawless.

The whole stay was definitely a plus. However, I was informed about a wedding taking place and the lack of access to the restaurant (only room service was available). When booking without cancellation, such details should be provided in advance.
