The housekeeping staff were friendly, but the front desk had only one polite and friendly attendant; overall the front‑desk staff were quite indifferent, though they resolved my requests. The hotel is simply dreadful: at check‑in the bathroom smelled bad, towels and blankets were dirty and smelly; the breakfast area, despite attempts to cover food, had juices with mosquitoes around, no options, cold coffee, stale cheese rolls and cakes that had been the same since the first day we stayed, poorly washed cutlery and cups, dirty tablecloths, and the hall floor was also unclean. The building’s façade is ugly and reflects the interior, even with renovation attempts. Elevator cables creaked as if about to fall, stairs were dirty, and common trash bins were always full. Despite a clear no‑smoking sign, we smelled strong cigarette and marijuana in corridors and the elevator. The hotel also enforces a rule that guests must leave their key at reception whenever they leave, citing loss risks, but the security of that rule is questionable. I do not recommend it and would not return, though I stayed because I had already paid.

I tried to book through the app, but the platform didn’t display the reviews correctly, and I don’t even know why this hotel shows up there. It’s undoubtedly the worst place I’ve stayed. I felt embarrassed to expose my family to it. The receptionist at the front desk was seriously sick, didn’t even wear a mask, and told us that the breakfast and parking weren’t included with the Booking price, which I didn’t lose out on according to other comments. When I went up to my room, the photos on the site were misleading. The elevator was in bad shape, covered in construction dust. The hallway looked like a horror movie set—wide, long, dirty, old, with worn furniture, bad flooring, grimy walls, trash, and flickering lights. Opening my room door, I realized I’d been deceived: the room was completely different from the pictures, old and grimy. I asked for a fresh set of sheets, but the minibar was empty, there was no phone, the bathroom door creaked loudly, shut with a lot of force, and the handle even came off my hand. The shower was a cheap one that didn’t heat properly and leaked over the top. Neither of the two towels was clean; I had to rummage through my suitcase for a clean one. I tried to sleep, the area was quiet, but the room’s acoustics let in all the noise from above, like a dog running. That noise repeated at 23:00 and 03:30. The next day, I had to leave and buy something to eat, and the construction made the building look like an abandoned Chernobyl site. If you’ve read this far, just don’t come. The nightly rate is high, and it’s the kind of hotel that hires contractors.

The location is nice, but breakfast only offered a single juice, coffee, cheese bread and regular bread.

The building was old, all the facilities were outdated, the breakfast was bad with very few options, and the shower didn’t work on hot water.
