“Breakfast is not as it is advertised !”

The location, facilities, and cleanliness were all great, but the breakfast didn’t match the advertised menu.

“We never stayed at the hotel. Was promised something and it was true.”

The location was fine, but I called the day before booking to confirm the pool was open for my granddaughter’s 10th‑birthday swim; we were told it was, so we booked. When we arrived after a 2 hour 45 minute drive, the pool was green and the front desk said it was closed and my grandkids couldn’t swim. I asked for a refund, but they said “No.” I felt misled and left very upset, then found another hotel with a usable pool nearby. I hope you can correct this and refund us for the misleading information and the unused facility.

“Not the best but ok the second night”

The hotel was conveniently located, but the first night we got a first‑floor room that had no hot water, no lid on the toilet tank, and a bathroom door that wouldn’t close fully. The next day we moved to a clean, adequate second‑floor room and the staff were very nice. The initial room issues were the only problem.

“Staff was very helpful. However the facility maintenance was not the greatest. Once we checked into our room we noticed”

The staff were very friendly, but the clothing rack was on the floor and the shower curtain rod was loose.
