The facilities and room are excellent, probably the best in Mestia; we slept so well and the location is perfect for everything. The massage was a wow experience! The breakfast, however, was terrible—we couldn’t find anything to eat even though we’re not picky. Very disappointing, especially since the photos made it look so good—nothing like the pictures.

The room and the staff were fine, very friendly and competent except for the massage. Half the night there were barking dogs, making sleep impossible. During the day the air‑conditioner in the outdoor area was noisy.

The hotel’s location and the rooms were comfortable. The swimming pool’s water‑fall device wasn’t working and the water was cold. Breakfast lacked a variety of juices.

The room, location, and the swimming pool that operated until 23:00 were great. The sauna didn’t function well, and nobody was around to offer assistance.

The hotel is more expensive than other places in Mestia. When we tried to use the "Spa" area, we found it was just a small, unheated pool. The sauna was out of order, and when we asked about it, someone supposedly would look into it, but nobody came—very disappointing, we won’t return.
