I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to be going wrong. The hotel itself was in a terrible state, with dirty rooms and facilities that were in dire need of repair. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the overall atmosphere was one of neglect and disrepair.

My friends and I were thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which was dirty and had subpar facilities. To make matters worse, despite having paid for our rooms in full, the staff still demanded an additional IDR 100,000 upon check-out. The cleanliness of the rooms was poor, the staff's attitude was unfriendly, and the condition of the rooms was in disrepair. To top it all off, the pool was empty, and we were still hit with an unexpected charge at the end of our stay.

While this hotel has some redeeming qualities, such as its wide open spaces and nice areas to relax, it fell short in several key areas. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, and the bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the hotel's laid-back atmosphere and the availability of a pool, even if it was not in use.
