“Só para estadia curta”
Clean and good location. Communication was easy. There is only one shower and one toilet. The beds are not very comfortable and the room is too cramped to move around.
The location is very convenient! The park above and the city to the left are both easily reachable on foot. The noise insulation is too poor, and the shower area could use a curtain.
A comfy bed and a great spot, but a compressor in the building kept me up, there were no curtains, neighbors were noisy, the kitchen had no seating, and the single shower without a curtain meant only one person could shower at a time.

The location and clear instructions were good. The beds were uncomfortable and the space was tight. It’s clear that interior finishes still need work. Even though there are two showers, the lack of curtains and the mirror positioned right in front of them provide very little privacy.

The place was close to the metro and easy to get to, but overall it wasn't very well equipped. The room was poorly insulated, had no coat hook, and lacked light near the bed. I stayed four nights, which was too long, and cleanliness varied a lot. I get that it depends on the guests, but putting a broom and a shower squeegee in the room shouldn't be that hard. The single shower for all rooms had no curtain, so the floor stayed wet and dirty from shoes, and there was nothing to hang or put things on. It was not airy or pleasant at all. The bathroom walls and floor were always dirty, and the toilet smelled like urine even after cleaning. The kitchen was inconvenient, with no microwave, just a kettle and plates in the hallway in front of the bathroom post.
