“Over all it was a different experience to stay a place like that I liked it somehow”

The location was convenient, close to the center, and the main draw was the easy access to multiple cruises, though the schedule wasn’t well communicated. The crew was helpful if you could locate them; the rooms were compact but suitable for the price, though some lacked windows. Breakfast was fine, and the communal areas were great for mingling with other guests. I didn’t feel unsafe leaving the door unlocked. However, upon arrival one staff member criticized the amount of luggage we had, which made me uncomfortable for the rest of my stay, and the cruise information could be better.

““Hôtel” atypique et agréable”

An atypical way to stay 😃. The cabin was tiny but well arranged, the bathrooms were very clean, and coffee and tea were available 24/7. The staff were pleasant and ready to help. Breakfast was decent, and a cruise was included in the stay. A vacuum on the cabin floor (a kind of carpet) would have been appreciated.

“Serenità sul ponte sorseggiando tè e ammirando l'aurora”

Unparalleled tranquility and the Northern Lights made for a wonderful experience. The furnishings are fantastic; I recommend this to everyone! Communication with staff can be a bit elusive, but if you have no requests, the freedom to come and go as you please is a perk. I wanted more information about the cruises, and in the end everything ended up in a bubble (we had communicated by email). Bathroom cleanliness could be improved.
