I booked a deluxe room that was spacious, had a terrace where I could eat, and the bath was large and comfortable. The hotel offered a drink and meal service that was very cost‑effective, and the rates have recently dropped further. However, the new, trendy oven feature feels a bit outdated, and because the pool is on the first floor, the whole building feels humid with a musty smell that seems to fill the corridors and rooms. If they don’t take some action, I won’t stay again.

Because of heavy rain from an online precipitation band, a leak caused electrical failures in the hotel, so I couldn’t stay there.

I was a bit worried when I arrived at the hotel and found out that the taxi I had booked wasn't going to show up. But the staff were incredibly helpful and walked me through the streets to make sure I got to my destination. The next day, I had the same problem with the taxi, but the staff were just as helpful. It was great to have such kind and considerate service, especially in a new city. However, there was a bit of a communication breakdown between the hotel and , which was a bit frustrating.

This hotel had some great amenities, including multiple hair dryers and a range of female-friendly services. However, the facilities were a bit lacking - the shower head was leaking, the hot tub wasn't working, and the floor tiles were cracked and held together with tape. The food was also a bit overpriced for the amount you got. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
