“Scam and overbooking”

I turned up at the property and the host never appeared. I ended up waiting outside for about three hours until some other guests finally let me in and we tried to sort things out. Turns out there was only one room left and a bunch of other travelers in the same boat – feels like a classic over‑booking scam. I’ve already reached out to customer service to cancel and get my money back.

“Kriminelles Angebot”

I paid well in advance, but when I got to the address there was nobody there and the door stayed locked. My calls went straight to voicemail, so I had to scrap the trip and head home a day early. I’m calling this whole setup criminal and expect a full refund for the booking I paid for.

The front desk staff couldn’t speak English, French or Spanish, so communication was a nightmare. When we finally got a room, it hadn’t been cleaned at all and the hotel was still under construction – nothing was tidy. The whole experience, from the service to the cleanliness, was terrible.

“Dead”

The neighborhood was pretty lousy and the bed was as hard as a rock, plus the whole place looked a bit dirty. Honestly, everything about it left a bad taste.

The surroundings are really peaceful, which I liked a lot. I can’t think of anything that bothered me during the stay.
