I was greeted by Veton, the owner‑manager, before we even arrived, and he stayed at the front desk throughout our 4‑day, 3‑night stay, treating us like family. The hotel sits right in the center of Gostivar, close to everything, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and huge—truly deserving of praise. I have nothing to complain about.

The place was impeccably clean, with a spacious, bright, and modern room. The owner was a wonderful, always‑smiling, and ready to help with anything. Thank you very much. Nothing to add.

The location was great, the host was kind, and the value was excellent. The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t ready for the third person.

I appreciated the hospitality and parking services, and the family room itself was nice. For a longer stay, the shower‑toilet layout might not be ideal.

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Plus, it's in a great location, close to the city center. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.
