The bed was comfy, which was the only thing I liked. I got there at about 11 PM and had trouble locating the entrance, circling the whole hotel until I found an interior door; it’s confusing because it shares the parking lot with Candlewood Suites and lacks a pull‑up carport like most hotels. I had to pull up to a spot that wasn’t a parking space just to ask if that was where I should check in, and a lit Suburban Studios sign at the main entrance would have helped. The rooms are VERY small and the AC unit sits next to the bed, making it hard to sleep as it cycles on and off and blows directly on me; the continuous fan setting didn’t work as advertised—it ran quietly but the AC’s on/off was loud. I only slept about 4 hours each night. Police arrived to arrest someone at Candlewood Suites, with about five police cars between the entrances of Candlewood Suites and Suburban Studios, so the area didn’t feel safe even though it’s in the heart of Loudoun County, VA, one of the top 5 richest counties in the United States.

The location was convenient for us, but our room was very dirty.

It was a great spot today and the price was very affordable; I loved it for a weekend getaway.

The price was good—that’s the only advantage of staying here; the hotel smelled awful, the internet was slow, drunk people were fighting downstairs, and no staff were around to stop it.
