The room was okay, the beds were comfortable, and the place was good. The bathroom Jacuzzi didn’t work, and the appointment time for check‑in was said to be at one time but they changed it, so why show customers times when we can’t even choose? It was expensive for a room when other people didn’t respect the meditate (silence) time and made a lot of noise. We couldn’t sleep because of them. It was supposed to be a place for reflection and relaxation but was so stressful.

It was a nice spacious room and the beds were comfortable. The house was large and nicely decorated. The ad stated that there was a TV and microwave in the room, but there wasn’t a TV in the entire house. I don’t mind that there was no TV, but then it shouldn’t say that there is one. The furnace was on full blast all night long! It was so hot in our room and the heating vents were on the ceiling and I couldn’t reach them to close them. The walls are thin and we could hear the guy next door coughing all night long. I also didn’t like that the pillows were plastic lined and very uncomfortable, the kind they use in hospitals. I think they could spend a little money to make the rooms a bit more comfortable. The bathroom faucet was very loose and every time you turn it on it would move back and forth and I had to go underneath and tighten it; it was an easy fix and I just think that whoever cleans the room could have done that. The little details make a big difference.

I couldn’t find any instructions on how to turn on the jacuzzi.

The place feels like home and the bed was comfortable, plus we got to see the horses, but we were never told which room we had and we couldn’t check‑in an hour early; we had to return later in the day, and after 8 PM no one could help us remotely. The curtain rod was falling off, so someone needs to reattach the curtain so it slides properly, and there’s no screen door for the patio slider. Outside, many pots hold dead or no plants, and there’s junk on the property.
