Very clean, very quiet for the location, rooms are large and comfortable, but there was a smell. There was no latte, macchiato or cappuccino at breakfast.

Clean and well‑located. I didn't like being booked for the RIU Festival and then sent to RIU San Francisco, told it was an upgrade and that we would have full board, but that wasn't true. From what I've read it seems to be a common practice. I also thought the hotel should have more entertainment; live music only twice a week is too little, and it was only in the bar during dinner hours.

I left the hotel feeling extremely pleased, especially after the staff greeted us warmly and then surprised us with an upgrade to the Hotel Riu Playa Park All Inclusive, asked us to wait for our pre‑booked taxi and wished us a great stay, which I think was because we’re frequent guests of this chain.
