They had a garage for my bike, and it’s in the center. The room on the 4th floor was tiny.

“Meraviglioso”

The staff were very kind and welcoming, offering water and coffee when I arrived. The private parking right in downtown Teramo is a real must. The kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and the towels smelled fresh. The hair dryer was a nice touch for a B&B. Breakfast was plentiful. The downside was that my apartment had an external toilet (it was specified that it was for my exclusive use), with a shower and sink inside the apartment but the toilet was outside. It’s attached to the room so you don’t have to go far, but it’s still outside. (Only one of the four apartments has this feature; the rest have full indoor bathrooms). Despite that, given all the other comfort and the price‑quality ratio, I’d say it’s a minor issue.

The property is just a few steps from both the historic center and the public transport hubs, and it’s also easy to walk from the train station. It sits in a quiet, convenient area. The room is spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is generous and high quality.

Le propriétaire de Antica Interamnia n'a pas pu nous loger suite a un problème technique selon ses dires. Il nous a trouvé une structure de remplacement (Villa Lidia) coquette, propre et bien équipée mais dont la chambre était sombre et sans vue, située a plus d'une 1/2 heure de marche du centre historique et le petit déjeuner (café/croissant) à prendre dans une pâtisserie voisine où le jus d'orange valait 4€ et il était impossible d'avoir un yaourt ! Tout cela pour les 80€ payés auparavant pour la structure initiale !
