The hotel sits in the most Thai part of town, a bit away from my main interests, but the room was spacious and the building itself is a house. The owner is friendly and the place feels charming. I didn’t realize at the time of booking that the bathroom was outside the room (my mistake), but otherwise it was a great stay.

After extending my stay in Bangkok, I added a few days here and didn’t regret it. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air‑conditioning was quiet. What I liked most was the peace of the location and its strategic position in one of my favorite Bangkok neighborhoods.

Magnificent! The value for money is incredible. Starting with the tranquility, the room is perfect and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The air‑conditioning works well and is silent. In this neighborhood you have everything you need within a 5‑minute walk. The shower and bathroom are good. Special mention to the person who cleaned my room—she doesn’t speak English but was very kind and professional. I would definitely return here for my next trip!

1. The location is a 5‑minute walk to the starting point of Lamtae Tangseong (Lam 4 Street) and the bus stop is also within 5 minutes. Siam Satun, Lumpini are close, and Paya Thai is about a 20‑minute bus ride. There are delicious street stalls and plenty of restaurants. 2. The bed is comfortable. 3. Water dispenser, welcome drink, cookies. 4. There is a shared kitchen, great for grabbing simple food. 5. It’s on a main road, not a nightlife area, so it’s quiet. 1. The location is in an alley, so a woman traveling alone might feel a bit scared late at night. 2. No elevator, so carrying large luggage is hard, and if you have knee problems the 3rd‑floor stairs can be a burden. 3. It’s not a hotel, so there’s no on‑site staff; if you’re used to hostels or Airbnb you might be confused. You have to lock the door yourself. 4. It’s a regular house, so soundproofing between rooms is weak. However, considering the location and price, the drawbacks are acceptable.
