They handled my questions with care, but the bed, though pretty, was uncomfortable; GPS still led me astray because there were no clear directions to the property, even when it claimed I had arrived I was still far away.

The location was good, but we were greeted by two staff members who clearly didn’t want to work; we couldn’t access parts of the hotel like the pool and loungers, the restaurant was closed, and the room equipment was damaged—under those conditions we couldn’t enjoy anything, and we’re very disappointed and won’t return.
