“It’s ok”
The garden full of fruit trees was great, and the dinner we booked extra was good, but overall we thought it was too pricey. The value for money didn’t match, and the breakfast, which had received high reviews, actually disappointed us.
“Здравствуйте. Мы туда не попали. Заказали такси попросили геолокацию. Нам девушка выслала. Геолокаци”
Hello. We never got there. We ordered a taxi and asked for a location, and a girl sent us a GPS point that was wrong. We ended up at a deserted village at 12 am and barely left. The driver didn’t abandon us; he found us lodging in the village of Ton for the night, but we had to pay him extra. We paid for the night and then had to pay again for a taxi to get to Bokonbaev. The host didn’t respond. A girl was in contact but couldn’t explain anything. Two days traveling from Almaty were terrible. We somehow got to Cholpan Ata and then to Bospere. The attitude towards people was very disrespectful. No explanation on how to get there, no information from the host. We were very disappointed. We had waited so long for this trip 😭
“FOSSE SEGNALATO MEGLIO SAREBBE STATO PIU' COMODO RAGGIUNGERLO”
The location was interesting, on the edge of a village that was a bit inconvenient to reach (unpaved road), but the green surroundings were well maintained. However, there was no signage and it was difficult to find.
“Pulito, accogliente, come essere in famiglia”
I highly recommend this place! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like family. They welcomed us with care and friendliness. They definitely encouraged us to stay for dinner, the food was exquisite (and breakfast was excellent) and it was worth the extra cost. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in August and they offered us amazing apricots and various homemade products. The only downside was that the house was hard to find, but the village is small and there are no signs or names outside.
“Very lovely family and house with the best food!”
The host family is incredibly lovely! The food the “host‑mum” cooks is the best in the world and reminds me of my childhood since my grandparents are from Kyrgyzstan. She organized everything for us, even arranging taxis to the salt lake. The beds are very comfortable and the house has plenty of space. There’s a beautiful garden and a yurt where you can buy cute souvenirs. They even cleaned and hung up our clothes for us. Food can be made vegetarian/vegan on request. The only issue is that it’s quite far, so we recommend driving yourself. We were coming by taxi but it was still fine. One of the two bathrooms had water problems at times, but the issues were fixed within a few hours.
