“Seems Not for the long term”
Modern facilities, consistent shower heat, a quiet pleasant lobby, a decent mattress with clean linens, a quiet room at night, and walking distance to Ayala Mall and food options. The room had a ref, the transport hub was nearby, staff and security were professional, a smart TV with YouTube, and free drinking water. No place to cook or use appliances (just a microwave). No higher floors with a view, the roof deck was closed at booking, the shower water exited the stall and flooded the room, the separate toilet room was too small for most foreign guests, and Netflix wasn’t available.
