The view was breathtaking, though a bit spoiled by haze, and the service was excellent; the à la carte menu was fantastic and I loved the breakfast spread. However, the room‑service menu felt limited and the pool area could use better safety measures.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, yet you have to walk a lot to get out of the room. I didn’t like the smell when I entered, and the room wasn’t clean enough for my standards, so I asked for it to be cleaned again.

After traveling the world for 30 years and seeing many 5‑star hotels, this Park Hyatt is exceptional! The AC is too cold—Americans might like it that way, but everyone else freezes, so bring warm clothes.
