The hotel's location is a major plus, but unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for the subpar facilities. The toilet in my room was dirty and leaking, which was pretty gross. On top of that, the swimming pool was out of order and there was no water, which was a major letdown considering the hotel's 4-star status.

I was really impressed with the spacious room, which was conveniently located close to the Expo centre. However, the kitchenette appliances were in dire need of replacement, and the kettle was only partially functional. To make matters worse, I couldn't adjust the room temperature to my liking, which was a bit of a hassle.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, thanks to its excellent location, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly professional staff. The breakfast was also top-notch, and I was even invited to join in the Lohri festival celebrations with the staff, which really made me feel like part of the family.

I was really drawn to this hotel's affordable pricing, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The kitchen in my room was fully equipped, but there was a glaring omission - no utensils whatsoever.
