The room was spacious and the location was good, but when booking for three people the third bed should have been ready and not an extra, and there should have been towels for all three.

I loved the hot tub and the beds were comfortable, yet the pool area had a lot of chlorine that made my eyes burn.

I was upset that my reservation was cancelled because the staff couldn’t do their job properly; it was my son’s birthday and all he wanted was to swim with his brother, and I was even charged for something I didn’t receive.
