“It was terrible!”

We booked a room, but when we arrived around 10 PM we were told there were no rooms available; the woman on the phone was rude and simply hung up on us, leaving us stranded with a small child and no place to stay that night—only a hotel across the street could accommodate us, which was a shocking and stressful ordeal that made the experience very disappointing.

I booked this for 6 nights and paid in advance, but when I got there they said I had no reservation and wouldn’t let me check in; I’m still waiting for a refund that I have not received.

“Didn’t get to stay yall are thieves and got free money!!”

I didn’t stay because there was no availability, yet I lost 86.00 and the booking and the hotel have not refunded me—neither company has honored their promise; I had to book another hotel for 103.00, and the staff were rude and unresponsive; if you want to keep your money, verify rooms upon arrival because booking won’t refund you; I’ve never used them again, and I’m still waiting for a refund for a room I never used.

“We checked out one day earlier. You had a couple of employees that were great. Cleaning crews needs to be replaced.”

The location was great, but I had to go downstairs daily to get a towel, my socks were dirty from the floor, and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.

The hotel was extremely wet, with strong smoke and damp odors in the rooms coming from the air conditioners.
