The room was spotless, which made a big difference in my stay. However, the lack of a lift was a bit of a hassle, especially with heavy luggage. To make matters worse, there was no restaurant on site, and the breakfast options were super limited. Still, the cleanliness of the room made up for some of these drawbacks.

The hotel's location is one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. However, the price we paid was way too steep, especially considering the subpar breakfast options. The cooked-to-order breakfast was a nice idea, but it was a bit of a letdown when we realized we only had one option to choose from, and no buffet to fall back on. To make matters worse, the gatekeeper was often dozing off while on duty, which didn't exactly inspire confidence.

The hotel's location was its biggest selling point – right in the heart of the city, it was a short walk to all the main attractions. Unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. The TV was completely out of commission, which was a bit of a bummer, and the fan was stuck on one speed, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to my stay. Unfortunately, there's not much to say about the hotel itself - it's a pretty standard place, but the staff make it worth visiting. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, even if the hotel itself didn't blow me away.
