The food, pools, accommodation, and staff were all great, but there is only one elevator, which makes it hard to move around with children.

The hotel is excellent, with several indoor and outdoor pools and a fully equipped gym; the room is comfortable, quiet, and offers a view of the reservoir, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are plentiful and tasty, with activities at the pool and after dinner, but late‑arriving guests for the afternoon tea find no options, although dinner arrives soon after and is fine.

Besides the rooms, food, and pools, I enjoyed the magic show and the viola circle on Friday, and I appreciated the birthday celebration on Friday with sparkling wine, a cupcake, and congratulations at the restaurant; I’m not complaining but suggesting more jacuzzis, perhaps in a nice outdoor setting, as there are many fantastic spaces in the complex that could be used for that; it was a shame the Caribbean dance class had no audience, maybe a show would have worked better; on Saturday the terrace serenade we were expecting didn’t happen, the popcorn was good but would be better with music.
