The place is in a good spot, but the staff were rude, the floors and kitchen were filthy, and overall it felt very dirty.

Nothing… our room flooded and smelled like mothballs. We left after that and would like a refund. Everything was bad.

The room was spacious, the views were great, and we could see the kids playing from the balcony. Everything matched the advertisement, and there were no complaints.
