The Lagun Palace experience was a letdown, but the cleanliness of the hotel was a redeeming factor. Unfortunately, the bed was a nightmare to sleep in, and I was unceremoniously shifted to their secondary property, Lagun Castle, without a clear explanation. The breakfast was a disappointment, and the hot water nearly scalded me. To make matters worse, the staff member who saw me struggling with my luggage at check-in didn't even offer a helping hand until I was leaving.

The hotel's location was great, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was a bit of a letdown - it could have been better. Still, it was a decent stay, and the location made up for some of the other issues.

The apartments were fantastic, I was really impressed with the quality of the place. The location was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made a big difference to our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, and had a lovely little outdoor area with plenty of plants, seating, and a smoking area. They also served great coffee for free, and the breakfasts were amazing, with huge portions and reasonable prices. We even ordered dinner there a few times and it was all delicious. Overall, the hotel was fantastic!
