“We will return once the chair lift is properly working.”

The location, cleanliness, and room space were good, but the accessible chair for the hot tub wasn’t working properly. My disabled daughter couldn’t get into the water; I had called ahead and was told twice that it was working.

“Would stay again.”

The location was great, situated downtown. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved that breakfast started at 6, and on‑site parking was convenient.

Welcoming and safe, rooms are a good size, clean, friendly staff, and a very large and bright breakfast area on floor 2; there was nothing negative.

“Ottima struttura”

The hotel was comfy, had a big guarded parking lot, was spotless, and the staff were friendly. The room was roomy, and being in downtown Buffalo made it convenient; it was a solid base for visiting Niagara Falls, just like we did. We stayed over a weekend when the offices were closed, so the area was quiet but we still ran into some homeless folks or people with issues. Still, the constant security inside the hotel perimeter kept us safe.

Breakfast was pleasant, though there weren't many gluten‑free options, and the pool and jacuzzi were a lot of fun. The place isn’t a hotspot, and we had to pay an extra fee for parking.
