We had a roomy place that gave us plenty of space to bring our dog. It was close to shops, the beach, dog parks, and a short drive to wineries. The road outside was busy, but it was quiet enough at night. The room had good soundproofing and earplugs helped. We could have used more hooks or an airing rack for damp clothes.

The Sandhurst Motelis is under renovation, so the rooms still need work, but once finished it should be a great experience.

The hotel is within walking distance of where I used to work (now in Cranbourne North), so if you need serious car maintenance and work in Carrum Downs, this place is ideal. Nothing major to complain about.

The location is great—even with a direct view of the highway, the place is very well sound‑proofed. The late check‑in was well organized. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well equipped, spacious, and there was a parking spot right in front of the room.
