The bathtub had good hot water, downstairs balconies, great location, mostly quiet except for the occasional motorbike outside. But this was a cold house in early April 2026! Radiators existed but were programmed to stay off unless it’s really cold; the owner tried to turn them on unsuccessfully. Upstairs was gloomy and stuffy for us fresh‑air sleepers, with two VERY small windows. Stair rails were dangerously loose. The bed was lumpy and saggy. Not a welcoming place to come home to.
