The neighbors above was very loud all night making noise
“Terrible”
Nothing. The microwave didn't work at all the entire stay even though I told the staff. A/C was not working properly. Did not get any initial toiletries or towels. Room had bugs. Just all around a terrible stay
“Very bad customer service”
The person at the front desk was rude with an I don't care attitude who would rather do his nails and hair yes I said (His) I will be letting everyone I know not to stay here
Convenience to the stores and Banks and restaurants. The rooms were way too small and if you wanted to change well needless to say they ain't going to do it unless you got more money they're not there for you as they say they were
