This was my sixth visit and the resort never lets me down, from the beautiful gardens to the amazing beach. The biggest surprise was the exceptional, friendly help, and the deluxe rooms have been nicely updated with new paint, mini‑split air conditioning, curtains, and a TV. Nothing to complain about.

Grounds was exceptionally nice With a lot Of gardens and trees, The beach frontage was big and well secured at all times,security was very vigilant when it comes to not allowing strangers and vendors on property which was nice to see. I had a car break down on my way to the hotel and ended up arriving 1 day late And they could not adjust the length Of stay because I was told to contact to see if this could be arranged. The problem Is that is almost impossible to contact during the stay which is extremely frustrating and indicates to me that you don’t care about your guests once the have paid which is very bad look for your company. Considering not using your platform again due to this terrible customer service
