Everything was great, but the jacuzzi heating never worked. I also didn't like that the price I booked was higher than the one I paid on arrival; once I'm there, there's no going back.

The area is very quiet, full of nature, and the service is excellent. However, the hotel needs overall maintenance and a restructuring; many of the advertised items were unusable or low quality, the tennis court was unusable due to poor condition and lacked any balls, the ping‑pong table was in bad shape and missing the net, the sauna didn't work, the poolside bathrooms were in bad condition, the volleyball court was unusable, and the billiards table was almost damaged. Internet quality was very poor, and the TV never worked.

The service was excellent! I don't understand why it gets a bad rating; it's a great place to rest and the attention is outstanding.
