We appreciated being able to help ourselves to drinks and ice, but staying in a five‑person suite left us very disappointed. When we asked for an extra blanket, the hotel couldn’t even provide a spare one, which was surprising for a property of this size. The bathroom layout was poorly thought out, lacking proper wet‑dry separation and leaving a gap that exposed the shower area to the rest of the room, compromising privacy for a shared suite. The washbasin was tiny while the faucet was excessively long, forcing us to bend awkwardly to wash our faces. Most unacceptable was that after five nights the sheets were never changed, and they even bore blood stains, yet we were forced to sleep on them the whole time. While the room had a stylish look, its practical use suffered from serious issues with privacy, cleanliness, and basic service.
